Media & Sand Blasting

Media blasting, also known as abrasive blasting or sandblasting, involves using compressed air to propel various abrasive media particles onto a surface to remove coatings, corrosion, and other debris. Sand is just one type of abrasive media used in the process, but there are many other materials that can be used, including glass beads, aluminum oxide.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a type of coating process used to apply a decorative and protective finish to a variety of surfaces, including metals, plastics, and composites. The process involves applying a fine powder, typically made of polyester or epoxy, to the surface of the object, and then curing it in an oven to create a hard, durable coating.

Mobile Dustless Blasting

Mobile dustless blasting is a type of surface preparation process that uses compressed air to propel abrasive media onto a surface to remove coatings, corrosion, and other debris, but with the added benefit of being virtually dust-free. Unlike traditional sandblasting, which can create a large amount of dust and debris, mobile dustless blasting.
